6.0I really like the fact that there was an ADA accessible room. It was difficult to get into the bathroom because the door would not stay open! I loved that it had a roll in shower, and a bar at the toilet! It really met my needs, although it was hard to get ready in the morning because there wasn’t sufficient lighting or a close-up mirror provided. I definitely appreciated that it was ADA accessible. We also really appreciated that there was a microwave and a refrigerator in our room.
− The things that I did not like about the room was that it was very dilapidated when you entered the bathroom, the door would not stay open, and the flooring was not caulked or sealed. I didn’t like that there was no breakfast provided as I was told when I booked the breakfast would be provided. I also didn’t like that when we requested additional blankets, we were told that there were two in the room when there were not. The manager on site should have happily got us the blankets and believed us when we told him they were not in our room. Additionally, the ice machine had ice in it, however, it was leaking all over the floor, which made it a hazard for slipping. The rooms are also not at all soundproof. The people above us were up late partying and up early the next day and so we got very little rest. Additionally, the parking lot was very worn out! It definitely needed to be resurfaced
