− - Accès en travaux en travaux et stationnement difficilement accessible (parking sous terrain déporté.et stationnement en 3ieme sous-sol) - Localisation de l hôtel peu adapté à une famille (éloignement du quartier Petit Champlain, ville-basse,…) - Bruit constant de la ventilation extérieure (côté rue Notre Dame Des Anges)
