4.0Superb location and clean and helpful staffs
− One of the rooms we stayed was without proper workable airconditioner and being summer it was very stuffy and hot. We got to open all the windows but was still very uncomfortable. The fan provided was too small for the room

10.0We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it's atmosphere and relaxed demure. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
− Breakfast was nice but would be nice to have more choices.

9.0The staff. The location and the garden are all superb. Food delicious The gold cup bar is a litte underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel...could do with some more opulent decor
