10.0Everything was very good! The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was excellent, just a one-minute walk from the tram station. You can reach many of Istanbul’s most important attractions directly by tram without needing to change lines. There are also plenty of restaurants just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The open-buffet breakfast was convenient and good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
− If the hotel improved the soundproofing in the rooms and paid more attention to cleanliness, the experience would be excellent. However, even as it is, the hotel was acceptable overall.

10.0Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff, excellent location. Everything in the room worked as it should, and overlooking the busy street below was a welcome change of scenery.
− I was on a lower floor closer to the street, so street noise can be an issue even with the window closed and curtains drawn. Ask for a higher floor if this could bother you.
