10.0My stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated, with many of Istanbul’s most beautiful and important historical landmarks and tourist attractions within easy reach. Being able to explore so much of this incredible city without having to travel long distances made my stay even more enjoyable. It is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to experience the beauty, history, and magic of Istanbul.The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was very comfortable, everything was well-maintained, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the property. A comfortable and pleasant atmosphere makes such a difference when travelling, and this hotel certainly provides that.The breakfast was excellent, with a lovely selection of food to start the day. I would also like to compliment the restaurant and the quality of the food served there. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and enjoyable. It was a pleasure to have such good food available at the hotel.However, what truly makes this hotel special is its wonderful staff. Every member of the team was kind, polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and willingness to help made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the hotel manager, Umut. He deserves particular recognition for his exceptional professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and dedication to his guests. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel and someone who clearly takes great pride in his work. His warm attitude, attentiveness, and the way he makes guests feel welcome truly make a difference. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine warmth and kindness.

9.0Am avut parte de gazde primitoare, calde si dornice de a ne face sa ne simțim cat mai placut, motiv pentru care vom reveni cu drag! Locatia este foarte aproape de marele bazar si este foarte benefic.
− Nu mi-a placut cafeaua ,băuturile răcoritoare ce erau servite la masa.Amintirea lor,urat sentiment !!! Camerele de hotel, cam micuțe. Raportat calitate/pret, recomand!

− The bathroom is quite small, and it wasn't as clean as expected. On the upper floors, hot water takes too long to arrive.

8.0Местоположение отличное, кто хочет остановится именно в этой части города. Персонал приветливый, чисто, уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. Чайник в номере, вода. В целом - неплохо по цене и местоположение.
− Нет у входа вешалки для верхней одежды, после проливного дождя, некуда даже положить промокшую куртку и повесить мокрую одежду... и некуда сесть, кроме кровати. Для бутиковых отелей маленькое пространство должно быть комфортным. Туалетные принадлежности- мыло, шампунь и гель для душа- на один раз.
