10.0This is a distinctive, classic hotel in the heart of London, within walking distance of many major attractions and theaters! We stayed in a deluxe room—spacious, decorated in soft tones, and offering a view of old London. We slept with the window open; it was very quiet, and the air was fresh! The staff were polite and highly professional, and the room was serviced twice a day. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel—the restaurant is charming, quiet, and features pleasant music—and we also had dinner there once. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented! A huge thank you to the staff for helping to make our stay in London so special and unforgettable! Thank you!
− The artificial flowers at the entrance should either be removed or replaced with new ones… well, that’s my opinion.

Great location & service, but not good value for money
8.0Perfect location in walking distance to all venues incl. Westend. Comfortable bed and pillows, great amenities and coffee machine, but the room far too small to even stand with two people side by side. Not to talk about having two big luggages with nowhere to place. So needed to keep all inside and just take out the needs of the day. As we stayed just 1 night it worked, but comfortable is something different, especially when you pay >400€ for the night. Staff very friendly and helpful.
− Bathroom had nowhere to place your necessaries and hygiene stuff, room was super small and looked bigger from the photos. Not at Althoff standards that we know (e.g. Schloss Bensberg). Also the booking system got hacked and I got fake phishing emails requesting to rebook. I had to inform them about it, just then they knew.
