2.0When we got there we were told there is no in room dining and there is no food available between 3.00 and 7.00pm and we had reached the hotel after a 6 hour journey. This is a first 5 star hotel I have seen that has no room service.I had paid in full in advance and yet I left the hotel and checked into a nearby hotel and no refund was given.
