2.0− El desayuno no existía, no tenían ni café, y tenías que llenar una papeleta el día anterior para que al final tampoco te daban un desayuno, algunos preferían quedarse con un jugo industrial.
Incredible unfortunate experience
2.0Extremely disappointing experience. During our stay, there were repeated disturbances from other guests, including loud sexual activity and aggressive altercations that were clearly audible. My young child was exposed to these incidents, making the hotel feel completely unsuitable for families. I reported the problems to hotel staff, but the situation became so unacceptable that I checked out two nights early. I then requested a refund for the unused nights. More than a month later, after multiple follow-ups, I was still being told my request was "under review" with no resolution. Poor guest experience, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.
