This was a worst experience at a country Inn suite very disappointed contacting the company and going to explain to them
1.0The fact that it was close to the airport.
− We didn’t like the fact that when we checked in, we had a hotel room that was not clean here in the sink the bathtub also the sink where you actually get your water to drink. We asked for another room went there in the bed was the worst ever is sunken in the middle. We asked for another room. This was the worst experience for this namebrand hotel. Very disappointed. We checked out the next day. They charged us on our account like we were still there for the next four or five days. We had to fight to get our money back in essence. They stole our money. Also they did not charge a deposit until the day we left like we were still in the hotel. This definitely was stealing so we have to be really careful when we leave our Credit Card number with these hotels cause we just don’t know what they may do later. This is not the first time that this has happened.
