A perfect stay in beautiful Bath!
10.0The location is absolutely superb. Right in the centre, super close to Pulteney Bridge and Waitrose. Bath is just such a beautiful, charming city. My flight was delayed so I arrived really late, around 9pm, but nothing was too much trouble for the team. Ron checked me in (sorry if I got the name wrong!) with a super smooth and friendly welcome. In fact, all the team members were incredibly professional and friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfy, the amenities were lovely, and the shower room was just perfect. Quick tip: breakfast is normally £18.95, but if you ask for it when you check in, it’s only £15! Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and all the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend!

− Airco in kamer werkte niet naar behoren, toilet in badkamer slecht geplaatst waardoor je amper plaats had om te zitten, harde matras, douche was niet helemaal proper.
