8.0The resort was really nice. Great food and amazing staff! However, though it was an all-inclusive resort, it did not make any sense at all why you had to purchase drinks after 11 PM, that includes soft drinks and liquor. Not sure why there is a time limit when it's an all-inclusive resort.

8.0Beautiful hotel, great amenities. Needs a bit of an update here and there…walkways around water park, walk ways on beach. Disappointed there were no ice lollies for kids available in all inclusive. Bedrooms are fresh and modern, food spectacular.

6.0Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hauses. Das bereitgestellte Zustellbett war ein veraltetes Klappbett mit sehr dünner Matratze und bot keinerlei Komfort. Auch der Strand war enttäuschend: Er liegt in einer Bucht direkt an den Felsen, ist weder exklusiv noch besonders schön, nachmittags voller Algen und zudem für jedermann frei zugänglich. Der Zugang ist unpraktisch gestaltet. Selbst die internen Transportwege wirken wenig professionell, da ein heruntergekommener Wagen eingesetzt wird. Fazit: In dieser Preisklasse gibt es definitiv deutlich bessere Hotels.

Heel goed hotel, tegenvallende kamer
8.0Dit is een zeer goed hotel alles vanaf de receptie naar beneden werd vernieuwd. Grote keuze in de buffetrestaurants en goede kwaliteit, vriendelijk personeel, sommige wat meer dan andere. De bars waren voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en goede kwaliteit van cocktails. Italiaans restaurant is nu buffetresaturant dit vonden wij geen meerwaarde tegenover de buffetrestaurants. Zoals in de meeste hotels dien je ook een handdoek te leggen om plaats te hebben aan het zwembad. Het waterpark was leuk met een 7 tal glijbanen Voor ons was de grootste tegenvaller onze kamer in het oudere gedeelte boven het hotel. Deze kamers waren deels opgefrist maar niet wat wij ervan hadden verwacht. Onze dochter moest slapen in een zetelbed die zo goed als geen matras had en waarvan de veren in haar rug duwden. Door de volboeking van het hotel was er geen andere kamer beschikbaar Indien je dit hotel overweegd raden wij het zeker aan maar zorg wel voor een vernieuwde kamer met zeezicht
