− Paying $45 parking fee for one night stay. I won't stay here again; I'll pay closer attention to the parking fees when booking online in the future

Will return because of location, but needs a serious over haul.
7.0I really like this hotel. It's in a great location and it's quiet. There are two issues I have. It's really dated. I know its right by the water and probably the sea air doesn't help, but it could use a full on refurbish. For instance, the room felt clean and had some upgrades, bed was super comfy, but the bathroom grout by the sink was disgusting. Moldy and just not attractive. The outside of the buildings, where the rooms are located, looks drab and need repair. The doors on the outside buildings-old, all in all, it needs attention. It's such a fantastic property, why not fix it up?
