− O hotel informa que oferece estacionamento, porém a vaga é cobrada à parte. Ao questionar, fui informado de que a informação no aplicativo estava incorreta e que se tratava de um erro da plataforma. Mesmo assim, tive que arcar com o custo do estacionamento, o que considerei inadequado, já que a divulgação induz o hóspede ao erro. Além disso, a qualidade da acomodação deixou a desejar, com travesseiros desconfortáveis e uma cama ruim, comprometendo o descanso durante a estadia.

1.0This hotel is a scam. When you arrive they tell you there was an error and the room Booking.com gave you is not available so now you have to pay 350 instead of the 290 of the Booking.com reservation.
