2.0Made reservations, and when I called to see about electricity after the hurricane, no answer. Made other arrangements, and had to eat the cost of the hotel.
West Columbia Cottage
10.0Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. After checking you get back in your vehicle and drive around a little swirly swirl to get to your room, you might want to ask for directions as it was not very easy to follow the map. Overall excellent stay- Cozy and quaint!

2.0This resort is decadent, no attendants, room was dirty, found old food in a drawer of night stand, and bathroom was fealthy.. such a beautiful place in such a bad condition.. it lacks management

6.0Property was great. No coffee cups, so unable to enjoy or make coffee. Wish that we would be able to use the kitchen that was attached to our room. No restaurant around the area.
