6.0I really liked the upgrades and how clean everything was. The room was nice, and being able to park directly in front of our room made a huge difference, especially because my mother has knee problems. It made loading and unloading much easier for us.
− The biggest issue was getting towels. We would call the front desk and be ignored until we eventually walked up there ourselves. If the staff was busy, I would have had no problem coming to pick them up if someone had just told us that. However, several times we were told they were busy, only to arrive at the front desk and see employees sitting on their phones. I normally don't judge because people are entitled to breaks, but this happened every single time we needed towels, which became frustrating. I do want to say that the front desk lady was always very polite and helpful whenever we were able to speak with her in person. The breakfast could also use some improvement. The waffles were stale, and overall the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable
