A three star hotel that needs a little tlc.
6.0Very comfortable bed. Nice lobby area. Very pleasant staff. Quiet street.
− Needs touch-up in certain areas such as broken mirror, peeling paint, glass on bathtub to prevent floods, replacing bulbs.
The location, so close to the Gare du Nord and the Canal Saint Denis was wonderful. quiet street!
10.0The team was outstanding and went above and beyond in helpings print items, confirm metro connections, find an odd pillow, the list goes on. They are a credit to the company and ownership of the hotel.
− there was a consistent loud noise from the air conditioner that tended to wake us up, this might be able to be remedied. In aggregate, it did not change how we felt about the hotel.

9.0Everyone working the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was bigger and more comfortable than expected. The location was good! a lot of restaurants, convenient to the metro lines heading towards city center, but maybe not particularly convenient to the airport.
− We didn't try the breakfast because we felt it was a little too expensive.
