Did not stay, chose elsewhere.

− Bar in parking lot of hotel was very rowdy, people coming in from hotel to parking lot, and along entrance of hotel. Did not feel safe. Upon arrival, front desk notified that our room was labeled “not clean”, they sent someone up to check. I asked to cancel room altogether, they agreed and gave full refund.
Disappointed compared to previous bookings. Will book elsewhere in the future
5.0Breakfast was reasonably priced and large portions.
− We requested housekeeping for our room but it wasn’t cleaned. Poor communication between staff and employees we assume. The room smelled musty as did the pillows and sheets.

7.0The room was a lovely big room , clean and comfortable, the air conditioner was not functioning on the 5th floor so it was uncomfortable to be in the room
− Air conditioner Not working on our floor , restaurant is expensive for a family of 4 , At check In I was informed that the hotel would not accept Visa Debit , that needs to be told when booking , I booked on line and they told me I would have to leave because visa debit was not good enough for incidental s , ? Very frustrating
