8.0It is easy to get to, it is very clean, beds are very comfy, so are the pillows. Has extra blankets and pillows which is nice. Great water pressure on shower and toilet is weird to mention I know but you don’t notice these things until you don’t have it. Towels are nice and big. Hours for pool and hot tub are great. We stayed for a week and they didn’t bother us even once during our stay when we had our do not disturb sign up the whole time, thank you!! Always gives us the room we ask for, it’s the same room from years ago for our wedding anniversary. Quick and always respond to messages and try to work with you when you need it. Thank you once again for such a great stay!! (Oh and splurge a little and get the whirlpool)

10.0The front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub are open until Midnight and reopen at 6am which is a nice surprise.
