Hôtel vétuste et mal odorant

− L’hôtel se situe entre des routes, très forte odeur ( adonner mal à la tête) de goudron à notre arrivée et qui s’est arrêté le soir- j’en ai parlé à la réception qui m’a dit qu’il y avait une usine de métal non loin. Très mauvaise odeur à l’intérieur de la chambre un mélange de pieds / chaussettes . Cet hôtel semble être un hôtel de routiers( présence de camions) , nous étions de rares touristes , heureusement de passage entre Yosemite et San fransisco. Parties communes et chambre vétuste , litterie correcte Personnel gentil Petit déjeuner correct
I would gladly stay there again and will
10.0Breakfast was exceptional. The food was fresh and tasted good. the bacon was crispy and the fruit was fresh . the staff in the Breakfast room were outstanding. The room was very clean and fresh .
− The door lock. for some reason it took several tries to open the room door. that is about the only thing I can think of..
Can work for one night
8.0- location near to the forest and nature - near to Yosemite - comparatively big room
− - shower operation is tricky: either fill stream or no hot water - breakfast very basic

1.0Not much the inside of the room does not look like what is pictured. There was a bright orange sprinkler tube running across the top of the ceiling.
− Also, we booked to pay at the hotel and were called by a staff member stating that we had to pay immediately prior to arrival because they were fully booked. We later found out upon arrival this was a complete and total lie. The room was dirty with a bottle cap and other trash on the floor from whomever had stayed previously. Also one of our parties backed out at the last minute and so we only used one room. We tried getting the property to credit us back for the second room and we were told by booking.com that they couldn’t reach anyone. In fact Best Western had denied the refund. In this money hungry economy everyone has to eat. Next time we won’t stay there.
