Don’t believe those 5 star reviews. Our first impression was when we pulled into the parking lot we noted that the room window screens were shredded and frames bent. This reflects poor maintenance. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. This place was filthy. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. No blanket just a thin (Very thin) bed spread. The showers didn’t drain. Breakfast was almost non existent. It consisted of bread for toast and cold cereal and milk. This was not any where close to what I’d call a Continental Breakfast. Wyndham Hotel chain should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place.

Over-priced & Awful

Expensive filthy room, stains on the floors & walls. The shower wouldn't drain properly and the bathroom lights didn't work. We were so tired when we checked in I didn't have the energy to go back to the desk and request another room - my sense is that it would have been awful as well. The next morning when I politely brought it to the attention of the fellow behind the front desk, he gave me that deer in the headlights look and offered ZERO compensation. There are many other options available in Albuquerque. Won't be back anytime soon in this life time or any other.

Terrible experience

We checked in about 3 pm but didn’t go to our rooms at that time. When we got back later that night, one of the two rooms that we had booked had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade, food left in room…nothing cleaned. There were no other rooms available and they offered to refund our money. There were no rooms available in Albuquerque. The front desk clerk said he would make the beds. He put the bottom sheet on and left the other clean linens for us to make the beds. We were accused of using the room earlier and that they would check the cameras to see when we arrived.

The air conditioning was fine. The door to the room had to be pushed hard to open and close. The pipes in the shower squeaked loudly. The bed was too soft to get a good sleep. Not to mention there were mirrors behind the bed and one in front of the bed. It added to the creepy vibes. Will never stay there again.
