Guest services, Miss Ivenia May is a very generous woman and cacti g she lead me to the right the direction of my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed before rooming. I enjoy her sweet conversations.

Great Front Desk Staff & Service

Checked in today and already wanted to share how great my experience has been so far. The entire front desk team has been friendly and helpful. Ivenia in particular stood out. She was especially welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate what I needed. It made checking in and settling in so much easier. It's nice to be treated well from the moment you arrive, and the whole team's kindess has already added a lot to my stay, with Ivenia leading the way. Just wanted to give credit where it's due - they're a great representation of the hotel.

The breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed eating the balcony. The view with the fountain was amazing view. The facilities were clean and staff members are very friendly too. Great customer services. I will definitely recommend this marvelous place.

− The Jacuzzi was gone. And we weren’t able to go swimming outside where the water slide. We went night swimming inside the pool instead. We had so much fun with my kids and exploring the outside views and at the play area where the swing.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh waffles and a chef preparing omelets with ingredients of your choice. The selection was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely outdoor areas. The location worked well for us. The beach, the Virginia Aquarium and First Landing State Park, which offers beautiful hiking trails, are both about 25 minutes away. A great outlet mall is only a 10-minute drive, and there are plenty of good restaurants within easy driving distance of the hotel. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If you’re traveling with your family and don’t want to pay the high prices of beachfront hotels, this is a great option. As long as you don’t mind driving a little to get to the beach, parks, and restaurants, this hotel offers a very good balance of comfort, location, and affordability.

− The path around the lake is covered with animal droppings and is generally not well maintained. The rooms are okay, although it seems that guests with dogs may be assigned rooms that are a bit more worn. The pool is nice, but unfortunately there are no umbrellas to provide shade from the strong sun, which is a pity. The air conditioning was also extremely loud and kicked on every two to three minutes, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.
