4.0Staff was not friendly. Did not smile or greet us upon arrival. Beds were very hard and the pillows were flat. A/C controls had tape over them so we could not adjust the room temperature. Room was dusty.

2.0Even thought they has a non smoking policy, the place smelled horrible. I will not stay again and won’t recommend this hotel in broken bow. Old bathroom and the key to get in never works. Staff not friendly either seems like low pay job.

2.0The room smelled like mold and felt damp. The walls were stained with dirt. The bathroom light wouldn't stop flickering. The fan was incredible loud in the bathroom. The room looks nothing like pictures advertised. I did immediately leave and am in a refund process.
