Lovely property, ambience and activities for kids. Great service and very warm staff as well who made the stay comfortable. Bharathi was wonderful organizing games and playful with the kids. Would love to visit again.

This is a beautiful colonial building nestled in the heart of Ooty. We went there for a weekend getaway during monsoons. The place has all the elements to enjoy a quiet relaxing indoor experience away from home. The food was excellent, they have plenty of indoor board games, bonfire at night and rabbit feeding in the morning. My son loved the old school experience of sending mail through post cards at their inhouse post box. Hospitality from the check in to each and every experience was top notch.

Our stay at Savoy IHCL SeleQtions on 2nd July to 4th July with my family was exceptional and filled with warm hospitality. The heritage charm of the property, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our visit truly unforgettable. A very special appreciation to Mr. Anand Krishnan, General Manager, who is an exceptional leader and a wonderful person. He handled every aspect of our stay with sincerity, professionalism, and genuine care. His ability to lead and keep the entire team motivated and working together seamlessly is truly commendable. His personal attention to every guest reflects his dedication to delivering the highest standards. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Titus Vinod, Operations Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and exceptional coordination. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for every guest ensured that our stay was flawless. He leads by example, supports his team wholeheartedly, and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Ms. Sharmila, Duty Manager, for her warmth, attentiveness, and prompt assistance whenever required. Mr. Sabarish from the Front Office for his courteous welcome, efficient service, and friendly attitude that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Mr. Anul Pandian, F&B Manager, for overseeing an excellent dining experience and ensuring every meal was enjoyable. Ms. Priya Mondal, (Guest Service Associate), for her warm smile, friendly nature, and exceptional guest service. She was always approachable, attentive to our needs, and ensured that every request was handled promptly and efficiently. What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful way she arranged our dining table with a beautiful and innovative setup, making every meal feel unique and memorable. As the weather was quite cold, she also thoughtfully arranged a bonfire for us, creating a warm, cozy, and delightful evening. Her genuine care, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect her passion for hospitality. Mr. Raj Kumar ( Guest Service Associates) from the restaurant team for their outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and constant efforts to make every dining experience special. Chef Niranjan for preparing delicious and authentic Jain food with exceptional care and attention. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared according to our dietary preferences. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene, along with his willingness to customize each dish, made every dining experience truly memorable. The entire Savoy Ooty team demonstrated genuine care, professionalism, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend Savoy Ooty to anyone looking for a luxurious heritage stay with exceptional hospitality. A special note of gratitude to Mr. Karthikeyan Balaganesan, Area Director & Director of Sales and Marketing, for his constant support and guidance. He has always been incredibly helpful with our Taj hotel bookings and travel plans.
