3.0− Ver old Property. Air condition machine in the room is like an antique piece which makes lots of random noise so sleeping well was a big issue for me.
Awesome hotel, every other hotel or motel needs to step up their game!
10.0They had a lounge, pool, and were across from a convenience store with food and alcohol if we did not want to order room service. We did use room service and the food was amazing!
− They had a policy that we could not leave our dog in the room while we swam but we understand he may have barked and waken up other guests so we can at least see why they have that policy.
Vale a pena ir, tudo organizado, café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade. A piscina está muito limpa.
7.0Gostei do quarto, cafe, tudo estava perfeito.
Non eventful
5.0Breakfast was ok, the coffee and water station in the lobby was nice. The location met our needs.
− The bathroom had no ventilation. The air was not on when we entered the room and it smelled musty. The bed and carpet felt damp to the touch. The room card had to be re-keyed 3 different times even when kept in envelope sleeve.

4.0The staff were friendly.
− The room was very dirty; it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there was a lot of dust. The bed linen was stained. I didn't like the hotel breakfast; the selection included waffles, pre-made/processed foods, potatoes, cutlets, omelets, and cereal. The pool water was dirty and cold. The hotel does not offer good value for the price.
Worst Hotel experience in my life
2.0This had to be the worst experience I've had with ANY hotel in my life. First, they have a bar connected to the hotel. Not a hotel bar but a full blown bar....where it was extremely loud and rowdy at night. We check in and our door wouldn't close properly. We discover (photos included) that it doesn't have a door jam. The door had been damaged and they cut out the door jam so there is only a thin piece of metal stopping the door from being opened. So I go down to inform the front desk and the woman working there, after I tell her the problem and show her the photo I took, tells me, "yeah but the dead bolt still works". I inform her and show the photo that the dead bolt is using the same area that ISN'T there, that the door latch is using. I finally tell her "You are discounting our safety and acting like you don't care that your door doesn't lock securely." We don't feel safe because the door won't lock securely. Instead of offering us another room she insists that the dead bolt will be enough. I end up having to call corporate... who calls her and she comes up to see the issue herself. When she sees that it can be opened easily while locked she still insists that the dead bolt still works instead of offering to move us to another room. Finally she calls someone who offers to move us, however, there aren't any rooms available so they have to move us to two king rooms to accommodate us...at no additional cost says the person on the phone(remember this for later). When we get to our rooms one of those rooms has the same issue of no door jam and it won't lock securely. In our new room there were massive stains on the carpets and random trash icluding food items like lettuce and raisins . The plug in the lamp by the bed was broken. There were holes in the drywall and paint was pealing off the wall. My wife's pillow had dirt on it as if it hadn't been washed and left for us to sleep on (refer to photo). A used plunger wrapped in plastic was placed outside the room next to us and wasn't collected the entire 2 day stay(refer to photo)....the halls were dirty and had random trash strewn about as if house keeping wasn't cleaning at all(refer to photos). The 2nd night our AC wouldn't work so the front desk moved us for a 3rd time to a room where the AC did work and in the bathroom right next to the sink was a used piece of Dental floss(refer to photo). That room hadn't been cleaned either with random trash about the room and dust everywhere. I told the front desk manager the first morning about all this and she stated that she would speak with the hotel manager and see what she wanted to do about all this. When we checked out I asked if she had spoken to the hotel manager, to which I was told yes and that she wasn't in at the moment. So when they attempted to charge me for both rooms instead of one, I explained it to her what had all transpired and she left and came back with the hotel manager to which I stated, "I thought the manager wasn't in"? She ignored me. They finally figured it out and adjusted the bill but when I mentioned that I felt I should be comped at least one night for all the issues and filthiness of the hotel they felt that comping the one room was enough....as though that was a favor. It was their mistake in the first place billing us for two rooms when it wasn't supposed to be for one. I left and called corporate again and when they contacted the hotel the hotel acted like they did me a favor by correcting their mistake of billing me for two rooms when they moved me and refused to do anything further with regard to the horrible state of the hotel, our rooms the dirt and the lack of safety in the rooms were stayed in. They also stated to corporate that their maintenance man checked the rooms doors they are perfectly safe and functional....As if we were making this up and being difficult. Which my photos will prove otherwise. I will never stay here and considering the horrid state of this hotel and treatment we received am very surprised that they stood their ground and defended their service and lack of customer service. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this hotel.
