St Clemens on kodikas hotelli, jonka ihana henkilökunta varmistaa kivan vierailun vanhaan kaupunkiin
10.0St Clemensin sijainti vanhan kaupungin muurien sisäpuolella lähellä Domkyrkania ja Botaniska Trädgårdenia on oikein kiva, sillä se on rauhallinen mutta silti kävelymatkan päässä Stora Torgetista ja sen lähettyvillä olevista turistipalveluista. Hotelli on Visbylle tyypillisesti ihanan "mysig" ja huoneestamme oli saatu vanhaan rakennukseen erittäin toimiva. Hotellissa on viihtyisä sisäpiha, joka kytkeytyy St Clemensin kirkonraunioihin. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja huolehtii muun muassa mainiolla aamiaisella pieteetillä kaikista vierailijoille oleellisista yksityiskohdista. He auliisti selvittivät Visbyhyn liittyviä kysymyksiämme ja vierailumme aikana vastaanottovirkailija vielä lisäksi onnistui hoitamaan menestyksellisesti erään etukäteen lähettämäni hyvin poikkeuksellinen pyynnön käyttäen omia tunnuksiaan paikalliseen nettipalveluun. Olemme vaimoni kanssa matkustaneet paljon yli 30 vuoden aikana ympäri maailmaa ja tämä vierailu naapurimaahamme osoittautui yllättäen erityisesti henkilökunnan mukavuuden ansioista yhdeksi mieleenpainuvimmista kokemuksistamme.

9.0Frukosten var en glädjekälla och precis så personlig och härlig som den var förra gången! Vi uppskattar att hotellet lägger vikt vid lokala råvaror och att erbjuda något för alla.
− Det finns egentligen bara en sak som kunde ha varit bättre - garderob, förvaringsutrymme. Vi hade en liten garderob och inga lådor. Det gick, vi hittade sätt att lösa det, men det hade varit skönt med ett sängbord med en låda under eller en liten byrå.

10.0Vi oplevede en meget venlig modtagelse af Carl, ejeren, der præsenterede os for både sin fru og Sasha! Vi fik en hyggelig snak om opera og familie, der arbejdede i Danmark! Senere forslag til den første dags udflugt, og orientering om en bedre måde at nå frem til hotellet, når vi returnerede! Ved nattetide parkering og opladning af elbilen i gården! Dejligt sted og vi forstår at hotellet er udnævnt til bedste hotel i Visby igennem mindst 10 år!
− Manglende hylde til toiletsager på badeværelset. Elektrisk udluftning samme sted, kunne også have været rart!
