Get signage on the entrance please.
4.0It was close to UNMC.
− It’s off a busy street. The entrance has no where to park to check in. You walk in and are greeted by a shot of toxic perfume air. I’m dragging my oxygen bottle and fragrances can literally send me into an hour long asthma like attack. There was no signage of where to park— i see 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. WTF? I also have a 50 pound oxygen concentrator that needs to go to my room. I am panicking. We call and find out the garage door next to the entrance will open into an underground garage with an elevator. Why was there no signage on the entrance about where to park or that you enter from the garage? Other than that , it was an okay 80’s decor with terrible bedding and that toxic perfume fragrance i had to breathe all night before seeing my pulmonologist at UNMC for my terrible lung disease.
