3.0I requested extra bedding before arriving. My son had to sleep with a mattress cover because they were out of bedding. The room was hot, had to door dash a fan just to sleep

When I arrived to check in I was told my reservation was cancelled. I had my confirmation and was told it got cancelled.

9.0Kept up nice. It felt very safe.
− You had to pay for parking every day and it looked like there was no problem plenty of space it wasn’t a necessary fee. I thought that was too much.
A very good option if you don't care about breakfast.
8.0The "rooms" are all suites. Mine included a whole mini kitchen, bedroom with a door, and separate TV area. Everything was clean, good condition, and in good taste. Bed comfort and climate control operation were flawless, which in my experience is rare at a mid-level hotel.
− Check-in was a little chaotic, the extra $12/night parking felt wrong in this environment, breakfast service is a to-go bag only.
A surprise fine very happy with it
10.0I like the eagerness of the staff freshly opened. The staff is not jaded yet. Everybody was super good and happy to be employed there from what I could tell.
− There’s nothing like the smell of a new building and the freshness of all the new finishes. Didn’t I get a chance to check out a lot of the amenities will definitely stay again. Price point was on point.
