4.0AC was fine, breakfast was 21,98 $ for a stale buffet horrible, the hotel is under renovation I wish you told Me that so I could've chose a different hotel, the front desk at checking was very shady, she gives us just one room until I asked what about the second room and she told Me that it's only four of us and there are two Queen bed's in the room , I had to remind her that I pay for two rooms after that she asked for My card for deposit even though I already paid and I was supposed to be reimbursed when I was checking out but the lady that was there told Me that it will take a few days to get the money back in the account, I am not happy .

10.0Newly renovated room was clean and very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and attentive.

10.0Very happy with this weekend away, had a show at Place Bell, so great location! We walked to the venue and the mall across the street! Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and even though it's not a must have, we were very please with the charging station for electric cars. We'll be back!

4.0Not happy. Fire alarm went off at 7am. It was a faults alarm. The lower floors are being renovated. Hotel.com should have mentioned that when we booked.
