4.0I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like it could benefit here extremely well.. My second time to Cancun. First was an absolute blast, figured this would be a similar experience. Restaurant was ALWAYS “full” even when I tried to make a reservation at 10am… Couldn’t make a reservation for the following day, had to be the day of. If using the A/C you’re light in your bathroom will leak. Yes. The bulb will drip water. Inside my room was EXCESSIVELY loud… Unbelievably. The room next door was SCREAMING at each other at all hours of the night. However most of the staff were incredible, housekeeping, bartenders. Would I recommend it? No.. Would I come back? Most likely not.. 4/10.

6.0We found bed bug in our room. During the power outage, the property should provide emergency light or generator. And the cook should wear a cap at work especially during the power outage, the cook was sweating. She is using her clothes to wipe. So gross.

8.0Loved the hotel it was beautiful and so peaceful. The rooms were very clean. What I did not like about this hotel was the attitude of the staff, for example we asked the gentleman at bar in the lobby for 2 foam cups and spoons for our kids cereal, the face he made us left us speechless, made us feel so uncomfortable. Never the less we didn't do all inclusive because we weren't gonna be in the hotel so for us everything being clean and beautiful was worth it.
