− Manque une climatisation, l’appartement est bien, mais il y a un manque d’entretien surtout au niveau de la terrasse. Et un petit réglage au niveau de l’eau chaude car il y en avait juste assez pour une douche.

− Die Wohnung entspricht in keinster Weise den Bilder. Modriger und schimmliger Geruch, kaputte und schmutzige Möbel.Offene,gammlige Lebensmittel von vorherigen Gästen standen in der Küche. Die angepriesene Dachterrasse war nicht nutzbar,da alles mit Unkraut zugewachsen war.Die Gartenmöbel kaputt,die Auflagen verschimmelt in einer kaputten Box. Uns wurde vom Verwalter schriftlich die Rückerstattung unserer Zahlung zugesagt.Bisher ist noch nichts passiert

− Die Wohnung hat so stark nach Schimmel gerochen, dass wir am selben Tag abgereist sind. Es war nicht möglich dort zu übernachten. Im Allgemeinen war es sehr ungemütlich und die letzte intensive Reinigung war auch schon länger her. Nachdem ich den Vermieter auf den Geruch aufmerksam gemacht habe, gab es keine Rückmeldung mehr. Das Geld habe ich auch nicht wieder bekommen.

− Душ не работал,была или ледяная вода,или очень горячая, невозможно было сходить в душ и владелец ничего не сделал. Было немного грязно
