− Airconditioning was loud and not good, bathroom basic. Breakfast was average Staff unfriendly and no service

− I stayed during heatwave, room was very hot (though I appreciated the fan provided) and duvet seemed like winter weight - far too hot!
Lovely but too hot without air con for summer
8.0Great location - quiet and interesting area, and a short, safe walk across the pedestrian bridges to Ponds Forge and the rest of the city. Lovely gym facilities and pool. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious and newly refurbished.
− No air-conditioning! Unbearable in the summer heat.
