9.0It’s comfy and close to Maidstone- 2 mile walk to the town - good facilities and an excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly whilst professional

− The communal areas corridors etc could do with some tlc,painting etc Being charged £6 for parking after £90 for 1 night,why ?surely that can be absorbed in the nightly rate

1.0− We booked two rooms for family members also, wouldn’t recommend this hotel as previously said in a review. The room was very damp and dirty, the bathroom was in a desperate need of a good clean and again the bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet is very outdated and was actually wet in certain areas to walk on. There are nicer hotels or airbnbs in the area for better money
