2.0Location. Staff was nice.
− Dirty. Out of everything; mainly towels. Had a new employee that wasn’t trained and left alone. Employees that weren’t new TRIED to be helpful but could only be as useful as what was provided to them, which was lacking. The first floor smelled terrible which I paid $150 more for so I can bring my clean, welll-behaved, service animal. They have exactly ONE cleaner who doesn’t speak a lick of English. Also, they’re expanding for some reason?! How about renovate and work on the current state and hire more staff before wasting precious resources on more work you cannot keep up with. Really disappointing experience.

7.0The worker who Checked us in was so nice. We talked for quite awhile and he made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean too
− Thr parking lot was a mess and very few spots. The breakfast was awful!!!! There was a large group of soccer players and they were very loud and kind of rude. The guy in the breakfast room sat on his phone and never moved to do anything. there were no eggs and he sat watching his phone and never made more. I ended up just eating a yogurt because everything else was gross.
