8.0Este hotel es maravilloso, con lindas vistas, actividades en el hotel para adultos y niños. Regresamos después de 10 años y esperamos regresar en 10 años más. El desayuno es delicioso!
− Me pareció raro que aunque mencioné en varios mensaje que regresábamos al hotel luego de 10 años, al lugar donde fue nuestra luna de miel, con motivo de nuestro aniversario de bodas y ahora con nuestro hijo de 6 años, no recibamos ninguna atención especial.

− O hotel só disponibiliza uma garrafinha de agua de 500 ml por pessoa no primeiro dia. Depois temos que utilizar do frigobar ou um refil no corredor... achei ruim. Deveriam ser cedidas uma garrafinha por dia. Achei pouca flexibilidade na negociação. Perdemos nosso voo de ida e fomos no dia seguinte da reserva. Ao chegar lá no dia seguinte, disseram que a reserva tinha caído e só tinham quartos com outros valores e acabamos pagando, além do previsto, quase 170 dólares a mais por diária. A taxa "Resort fee" deveria ser opcional e não imposta, pois praticamente não usamos nada dos serviços que ela cobre.
A mandatory daily fee of USD 18 (Resort Fee) per night, per person from 3 years of age will apply. It must be paid upon check-in and includes access to services and/or activities, upon availability and accordingly to what has been scheduled by the Resort Area, as can be for example stretching, pilates, archery, rappel, Kids Club, Kayak. Does not include Golf activities, Spa treatments, Hairdresser and any other special activities.
Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional tax (VAT) of 21%.
Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer from abroad are exempt of this 21% additional tax (VAT) in accommodations, when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with the duly stamped document sealed by the national migrations authority.

We want to inform you that, starting in September 2024, we will give course to our second stage of room remodeling. Encompassing 47 rooms from our historic building. We are proud to be able to continue this project that began to materialize 4 years ago. Having already passed 2 years since the inauguration of the first remodeled rooms, we will carry out the same set of renovations, that aim to adapt the rooms to current requirements from our guests, maintaining our essence and identity.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are not allowed.
WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for US$100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
