− The pool was out of action and they didnt send out an email before i arrived. it was the only reason i booked the hotel. The rest of the hotel is dated and tired. feels like an old peoples home
A very relaxing stay by the beach
8.0We asked for an upgrade as ts our 3rd visiti since April and been many times before the room was amazing with a beautiful view overlooking the sea,the balcony was a delight to sit and have tea outside.Breakfast as always was very good plenty of choice and not to manic lol will deffo go again as the location of the hotel is perfect .
− It is outdated and not long ago the spa you didn’t have to pay for but that’s also the attraction of the hotel being the oldest one in Bournemouth,and hardly no children 😊

− VERY disappointed as I booked because it has pool- ITS NOT IN USE!!! Checked out a day early and saw other people doing the same. Amazing location but don't be fooled by the photos- very different 😬
