9.0Всё очень хорошо. Очень подходит для расслабленного отдыха. Получили бесплатный апгрейт комнаты, что очень приятно, спасибо. Комната большая и удобная. Персонал очень вежливый. Приехали на час раньше начала регистрации заезда, но комната уже была готова и предоставлена, что встречается не часто. Очень хороший душ в номере и удобная, вмеру жёсткая, кровать.
− Жаль, что после нескольких обращений, в том числе и письменного во время бронирования, так и не был предоставлен халат большого размера. Наверное отель располагает максимум размером 2XL, либо это удручающая невнимательность персонала.

− The lack of friendliness and service. If you speak German and don't need any help along the way, you should be fine, but otherwise, be prepared for arrogance and rudeness. It was a mixed and strange experience.
