6.0Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even allowed me to watch the SA v NZ rugby game at the bar! Location was great - across the road from metro, with a nice bakery and cafe next door.
− They call themselves a 4 star hotel. This is definately not the case. At most, a three star. Because they call themselves a 4-star hotel, we had to pay additional Tourist Tax which we weren't aware of. The air con in the room didn't work (was so hot), so had to keep window open which could get quite noisy. The bathroom towels were also more of 1-star quality than a 4-star hotel ...
