1.0The property was fine but it was small
− I have booking via Booking.com and paid in advance, unfortunately I have charged £4.09 what they called service charges. Which was scam
This felt rather pricy for such a plain, basic room and little comfort.
6.0Close to where I wanted to be with a nice breakfast and very helpful staff.
− Very hard mattress and extremely hard pillows. It was difficult to fall asleep. Super utilitarian and not cosy and comfy atmosphere in my bedroom. No bath to soak in, only a shower.

− The glass privacy screens to the bathroom don't work. You can pretty much see everything when someone is in there.

3.0The shower was good, but it was the only aspect of the hotel experience that was positive. The room was pokey, the mirror which should be above the sink, was beside the sink and the tv which was hard to turn on was just as difficult to turn off! Poor value for money-never again.
Good for location but expensive for what it is.
6.0The room was clean, there was sufficient space to move around, the bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. There was also a good sized cooling unit in the room that kept it at a nice temperature and was very quiet when running.
− There wasn't much storage space, the integral blinds were close so privacy wasn't great, the toilet/sink area was VERY tight, there was some staining on the ceiling that was a sign of historical damp and the street noise could be very bad even with the vents on the windows closed.
It was a good location next to the hospital where I wanted to go
6.0− The room was a bit small and there were no space to put a luggage and to hang the clothes
