2.0There were no towels in the room. There was no water pressure in the sink faucet. There was no hot water in the room. I asked for towels n they took 1 bath towel n 1 face towel. The bath towel was filthy. They didnt have ice at the place either.

6.0The room itself wasn't terrible and the beds were comfy enough. Easter pressure in shower was low. They do not have housekeeping.

6.0No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. Fortunately for the operators, they did not try to charge me extra after they knocked on the door at checkout time and I (partly dressed) explained what was wrong.
