− Surprises parking fee of £15 a day and due to location no other options
Clean & comfortable but you would expect that as the bare minimum
7.0Ease of location is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are efficient and very friendly
− Overnight carpark charge of £13 is excessive especially when the car park signs then state that vehicles are left at owners risk and the hotel doesn’t accept liability for theft or damage. It seems like blatant robbery of already paying customers. Ordered sirloin steak and chips as room service, steak was as dry as a bone. I phoned reception to advise that I wouldn’t be eating the meal and it was removed from my bill.

8.0Room was beautiful and clean and staff were excellent and also curtous and the breakfast was good and plenty of options .
− There was a golf group of young men which were quite loud coming pass our room at 3 am on Saturday morning.

9.0comfy rooms, nice common areas and we enjoyed the jacuzzi/gym/pool - pretty good for a hotel
− Menu in the restaurant was very meat based and samey - we stayed 3 nights and would have much preferred more variety.

− Room didn’t include chamomille tea. Breakfast needed some greens on the spread. Spinach, cucumber. Sunday Roast was too expensive and extremely salty. Dressing gown needed in the room.
Good to know
Family swim times are between 09:00 and 20:00. Last entry is at 19:15. Due to health and safety restrictions adult to child ratios apply in the swimming pool.
A minimum age restriction of 16 years old applies to the use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath.
To avoid disappointment is advisable to pre-book any dining requirements prior to your stay as the property cannot guarantee there will be availability in the restaurant at check in.
