Best location in Penticton
10.0I have always loved the new wing at this hotel. It is in a separate building from the main/check in area but only a short walk (one minute). The new wing has beautiful rooms, with fireplace, large bathrooms and some lake views. The restaurant (Hooded Merganser) is a beautiful space with great menu and wine options. Lakeside location.

8.0We made reservations in a suite on the 6th. Floor in the West Wing of the hotel for two nights. Spacious room with an amazing view & comfortable bed. Friendly staff made our stay memorable. Only issues for me was fee for parking your car (why). Our room is starting to show wear & tear. When you take a shower there’s a frosted window into the living space, so you can see the silhouette of the person taking a shower. Curtains in the room are not 100% blackout as they do not connect to each other. Did love the cookies & fruit in the room before we went to bed.

8.0Stayed in the west wing building on 5th floor and view was great. Enjoyed the balcony. Nice location and restaurants on site. Barking parrot bar is loud in the evenings if on lower floors in main building apparently- we heard people complaining to front desk about this.

10.0We absolutely love this hotel it’s so clean staff are friendly. Safe area my family always has a good time here. The pool is nice and clean. And the restaurants are great.
