10.0The hotel has a unique tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery, which makes it feel relaxing and different from a typical hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring, and our kids had a great time there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Vernon.
