− The room’s air conditioner is a little noisy, but I find that to be the case of many hotels.

1.0I did not get to stay here. The manager at the front Mr Patel said he could not find my reservation and told me to shut up and get out of his hotel. He will not even take my name or ID to search for the reservation. I was left stranded at midnight with no where to go. I had to book another hotel. Now he wants Booking.com to charge me for one night at a hotel that he refused to check me into. This is a horrible man.
