8.0Location was great. Staff was nice. We were in some weird extension to the hotel, kind of a pain to get to. Lobby is very small and gets crowded fast, making it hard to get to elevator. Elevators are very small. My family of 4 had to make two elevator trips with our luggage. Carpets were dirty in room and smelled funny. I had to Get air freshener at the store. Beds and bathroom were clean.

8.0Room was great! Nothing fancy, but it’s clean. The only issue I had was the room card did not work upon checking in. We tried 4 times but still didn’t work. The night audit worker got it fixed.
