Very grand hotel

− Elevators slow, but not even an issue.
$450 and I couldn’t even stream Netflix
5.0I liked the pools.
− I did not like that there were not streaming services on the television in the hotel room; I did not like that there were not enough charging ports in the room (two hidden on an alarm clock); I did not like the questionable stain on the comforter. I did not like that breakfast was not included and I was charge $75 for what would’ve been free/included at a Best Western.

− The building is kind of old. There was also a confusion as i booked a bigger room and that was not provided to me. The breakfast was super expensive and the food wasn’t so great.
Disappointing.
4.0The location was ideal for our business meetings in Ronkonkoma. The breakfast was a good spread. Housekeeping staff was clean and did their best.
− The hotel furniture was old and jaded. The lifts were very old and did not function properly. We lived on the highest floor and had to walk down the stairs on 2 separate days. The food quality was poor in the restaurant and the staff were indifferent.
