− The breakfast could do with the addition of say a greek yohurt/dairy - particularly as the guests seem to be typically on the older side and additional protein/calcium is important. Also felt that the common areas could have been warmer.

− It was a long distance from the room - my husband has mobility issues and it ws quite the hike from the room. More elevators to help would be good.
