Bathroom had stains on the floor and in the tub and generally looked unclean.

You get what you paid for but at the same time there was mold in the bathroom, towels and sheets were all stained. As well as they’re being grit on the floor of the room and just really unclean surfaces all around. But again you get what you paid for so I can’t really complain at the same time. But still, it takes no effort to do the bare minimum and just clean up a little bit.

Dated, smoky and worn

The 70s called and wants its decor back. When we entered the “lobby” the first thing we noticed was the old furniture and cloudy fish tank. Next, we were assaulted by the smell of cigarette smoke. We had to pick up a telephone to summon a desk clerk (a clanging bell sounded throughout the first floor for almost a minute before anyone responded, at 7:15 pm so not late). The check in went ok. We had reserved a room with a king bed and for some reason were given a handicap room. The 70s decor continued. The bedding was clean but well worn. The lobby, hallways and room looked as though they hadn’t seen fresh paint in decades and the moldings and door frames were marked and marred. Thankfully, things were clean overall and the room didn’t smell of smoke even though there was a significant gap beneath the door and the smoky smell was present in the hallway. I guess you get what you pay for but…trust me, the pictures were taken a long, long, long time ago.

This hotel smelled very strongly of smoke altho there were no smoking signs everywhere. There was an ice machine in the lobby with no ice. The beds and pillows were not nice at all, very uncomfortable. It was a very unclean feeling in the room. The hall carpet was very grimy and dirty.

When i was making a choice betwee. Few hotels / motels in that area yesterday i chose to.be at the one your website stated they had BREAKFAST. BUT WASNT ANY ! not even coffee !!! Why would you disclose that there is when there wasnt ??? You should return my money

Made this reservation so i could attend a tactical medical course. Pictures i believe are from when the establishment was a microtel. It looks like they are doing their own renovations to save money. I totally understand wanting to save money. My room was a king suite. It had a full sized bed. The walls had paint peeled off and some light switches were missing covers. Fortunately, the room Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast is suppose to be served from 0530 to 0930. Neither days breakfast was served. I had to get my card reprogrammed and the manager came out of the back room in a night gown. They state coffee in the lobby, but none was ever available. Noone manned the front deak. You had to pick up a phone to have someone come up. Also. They had an ice machine, but it is only a counter top ice maker. I hate making bad reviews but i dont want vacationeers to suffer.
