− La chambre n'était pas propre du tout : miettes sous le lit, gâteaux sous le canapé, moisissures dans la douche... Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles ! Très décevant.

− La baignoire trop haute à enjamber pas fait pour des personne âgée.La baignoire ds ce genre d hotel n est pas adaptée.Les moquettes sont pas très fraîches.pression de l eau pas terrible.
Très bon séjour
8.0Le personnel était très agréable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec de bons produits. Les extras mis à notre disposition (café, eau, boisson détox) sont très appréciables. Une très bonne idée de proposer les produits Rituals dans la salle de bain.
− Il est vraiment regrettable qu'aucun personnel n'intervienne concernant la tenue vestimentaire des clients se déplaçant de leur chambre à la piscine. C'est un hôtel familial et que les clientes se pavanent les fesses à l'air devant des enfants, c'est quand même limite et irrespectueux. C'est vraiment le gros bémol.
