L'accueil chaleureux, le sourire et l'aide, de l'équipe de la réception, qui nous a été réservé à notre arrivée et au départ. Une équipe d'une gentilesse exceptionnelle! La propreté des chambres, l'ambiance globale, la climatisation, la sécurité du parking, le petit déjeuner, tout a été attentionné et excellent.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The service was good, and we would especially like to thank Hajja, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. She truly made our stay more enjoyable and deserves special recognition for her excellent hospitality.

− The breakfast and food, however, were quite basic and offered limited variety. The rooms were also very simple and lacked the comfort and amenities we expected. While everything was clean, the accommodations felt rather standard and could certainly be improved.
