8.0Barnen hade det toppen med allt som fanns att göra och det var det viktigaste. Bra frukost med.
− När vi checkade in så fick alla andra barn överraskningar, men inte våra. Jag fick heller ingen information om vad som fanns att göra, som andra gäster fick. Efter incheckningen så skulle jag ta en powernap, men blev väckt av personalen som kom in med någon annan gästs skräp på rummet och frågade om det var mitt. Svårt att förstå varför det var så viktigt.

Hot and ordinary. Th rooms are clean and the hotel is convenient for an overnight nstop
4.0The position of the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Staff were good.
− The air conditioning in the room was poor. Once again no evening meal was available on a friday evening it was a one price set meal which isn't appropriate after a long hot drive. The cost of pets is extraordinary when children go free and are offered a free breakfast. I am sure you neither allocate your staff extra time for cleaning or extra wages for cleaning. The only place where air conditioning worked effectively was the front reception but the doores seemed to be continually open.
